Daniel P. Kearney Director

Daniel P. Kearney, Financial Consultant. With more than 30 years in the banking, insurance and legal industries, Mr. Kearney has served as a Director since 1999.
Peter J. Kight, Director and Vice Chairman of Fiserv. With more than 25 years experience, Mr. Kight is a pioneer in the financial electronic commerce industry, including serving as Founder and former Chairman and CEO of CheckFree. He joined the Fiserv Board of Directors in 2007 when Fiserv acquired CheckFree.

Denis J. O'Leary, a private investor and consultant with expertise in enterprise technology, financial services and consumer payments; senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. O'Leary has served as a Director since January 2008.
